School holidays have come to an end!

We love that August wasn’t quite as wet as July and it was great to see so many people utilising our tent-friendly pitches with their families, as well as all sorts of other accommodation including a converted school bus! 

The mixed weather was not only enjoyed by our lovely clients but by all our plants and trees in the park too. We had an abundance of fruits and vegetables, and were even able to use them in The Galleon Cafe and Bar, creating delicious dishes like morish vegetable pasta and decadent plum cake.

Whilst we may be heading into Autumn, there still looks to be sunny days and mild temperatures ahead, so why not squeeze in a few more tranquil weekends (or weekdays!) before we close for the season?
