A warm welcome awaits you at Fishery Creek Park and to help make your stay an enjoyable experience, we would ask you to read the following conditions.

1. Check-in is from 1pm. All guests must first check-in at Reception before proceeding to their allocated pitch. Please declare all additional items that are not listed on your booking, at the time of arrival.

2. Please vacate your pitch by 11am on the day of departure. Should you wish to extend the booking, please contact Reception at least 24 hours in advance (late check-out can be arranged subject to availability).

3. Pitches are pre-booked and allocated. Any request to change pitches must be made at Reception and will be subject to availability.

4. National Safety Regulations on spacing must be observed; living accommodation must be 6m away from that of a neighbouring unit. Vehicles can be parked within that space. A distance of 1.5m must be maintained from any inflammable structure. Please note only one unit per pitch is allowed.

5. If you are expecting visitors, please ensure that they obtain visitors pass from the Reception on arrival. A charge for daytime visitors and their vehicles will be made as per the tariffs for the season. Please note: vehicles will only be permitted if space is available.

6. Please be considerate of guests who may be asleep. Please respect the park’s “Quiet Time” between 11pm – 7am. All children under 16 should return to their pitch during the hours of darkness.

7. Barbecues of a proprietary make are permitted so long as they do not cause annoyance to others and are not considered to constitute a fire risk. We have bricks available for disposable barbecues. Please do not scorch the grass

8. Open fires and fire pits are strictly forbidden.

9. Any windbreaks must be erected within the boundary of your pitch. Please ensure that it doesn’t obstruct other guests and taken down when absent.

10. You may only use washing lines of the rotary type or the windowsill type and must be removed and stored out of sight immediately after use. Please site washing lines to avoid inconvenience to other guests, wildlife, and park operations.

11. Please keep your pitch free of litter. Refuse and recycling bins are plentiful and to be used for appropriate domestic waste only (large items should be taken home or correctly disposed at a tip).

12. Please keep all pets on leads and under control. Any fouling on the Park must be removed by the owner.

13. Riding battery powered scooters (e-scooters) are strictly forbidden on the park.

14. Vehicles must follow the one-way system and keep the speed to a limit of 5mph. Please do not tailgate, wait for the ANPR camera to read your number plate to ensure the safety of all guests.

15. A 2.1m height barrier at the entrance to the park will close at 9:30pm and open at 7am. The control barriers (either side of Reception) will automatically lock between 11pm to 7am. Guests returning to the Park after 11pm must park in the car parks provided. In an emergency, please contact the Duty Warden on 07852 340992.

16. Fire hoses must not be used for any purpose other than firefighting (in accordance with the emergency procedure).

17. The management of Fishery Creek Park reserve the right to refuse admission or to terminate bookings for reasons such as disregard for others or non-compliance with the Park rules.

18. If you have any issue, please report to the Reception, or call 07852 340992 as soon as possible.

19. The management of Fishery Creek Park will not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever and guests or visitors use the site at their own risk. Guests and visitors will indemnify the management and their agents against all actions, costs, claims, demands and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Park.

20. The Team at Fishery Creek Touring Park will be taking photos. These images may be used by our team to publicise our Park in press releases, printed publicity and published on Fishery Creek Touring Park social media. If you would prefer for you, your pet or your child not be photographed, please email us on camping@fisherycreekpark.co.uk.

21. CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notice (email or letter) must be provided by anyone wishing to cancel their booking. Without this notice, the company reserves the right to issue no refund. No shows will result in a loss of payment.

If a notice is given more than 14 days prior to arrival date, any payment can be transferred to an alternate date within the same season*. A refund can also be issued, minus a standard £25 admin fee.
If notice is given between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival date, any payment can be transferred to an alternate date within the same season*. No refund can be issued.

If a notice is given less than 4 days prior to arrival date, no transfer of payment or refund can be issued.


In the event of any government imposed lockdowns, all bookings will be retained for re-use within the same season*, or a refund can be issued minus a standard £25 admin fee. In the event of being told you must self isolate, any payment can be transferred to an alternate date within the same season*. The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure. There is no refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.


*All bookings are subject to tariff changes and pitch availability. The price of your pitch may change. In the event of it decreasing in price, no partial refund can be issued. It is free to move your booking once, any other changes to your booking dates will incur an admin fee. When clients violate the park rules and regulations as outlined on our website, the company reserves the right to cancel any booking and not issue a refund.
